Cookies and privacy

This notice covers showtime.plusolutions.it: the PLUS page and the Kuma, DataView and ADRIA pages it links to.

Cookies

This website does not use cookies or similar technologies such as local storage, tracking pixels or device fingerprinting. Nothing is stored on your device, so there is no cookie banner and nothing to accept or refuse.

Visit statistics

To learn how the pages are used, a small script on each page reports the following to our own server, for each page view:

• the page, and the website you came from (its name only, such as linkedin.com), plus any campaign tag in the link (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign);
• the sections of the page you scrolled to, how far down you scrolled and how long the page was visible;
• clicks that leave the page: the email address, the product pages, other websites;
• the size class of your screen (phone, tablet, desktop), your browser and operating system family, and your browser's language;
• your approximate country. Our server looks it up from your IP address in a local database, then discards the address. IP addresses are never stored.

Each page view gets a random number that exists only while the page is open, so that the figures sent when you leave can be joined to the page view. Nothing is written to your device. We cannot recognise you on a later visit or on other websites, and we do not build profiles. The statistics are not used to identify anyone.

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, the script sends nothing.

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in understanding how our presentation is used (article 6(1)(f) GDPR). The records are kept for 13 months and then deleted. Only PLUS staff can see them.

Hosting and security

The website and the statistics are hosted on Microsoft Azure, in the European Union, with Microsoft acting as our data processor. To deliver the pages and to protect the service from abuse, Microsoft's systems process technical data such as your IP address and browser identification for each request.

Every file the pages use, including fonts, images and videos, is served from this website. Your browser does not contact any other service while you read them. Links to plusolutions.it, exact-lab.it and other websites lead to sites with their own policies.

Information requests

The contact buttons open your own email program with a message to info@plusolutions.it, or, on the ADRIA page, to demo@adria.live. Nothing is sent unless you send it. If you do, we use your email address and what you write only to reply to you.

Who is responsible

The data controller is:

For messages sent to demo@adria.live about ADRIA, eXact lab S.r.l. (via Crispi 56, 34126 Trieste, Italy · VAT IT01207340322) and PLUS srl are joint controllers. Those messages are deleted 45 days after the last one.

Your rights

Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (articles 15 to 22) you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive it in a portable format. Write to info@plusolutions.it. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
